No. This is for all levels. Everything is guided and beginner-friendly.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes, water, and anything that helps you feel cozy.

Yoga, stretching, sauna, salt room, food, and time to relax.

A light, nourishing Mediterranean-style lunch.

What is your cancellation policy?

All bookings are final. No refunds.

What is a salt room (halotherapy)?

A salt room uses dry, microscopic salt particles dispersed into the air while you relax. These particles are gently inhaled and can support easier breathing, relaxation, and overall wellness.


What are the benefits of the salt room?

What is “salty yoga”?

Salty yoga combines gentle movement with the benefits of salt therapy. You’ll move, stretch, and breathe while surrounded by salt-infused air—helping your body relax while supporting deeper breathing and calm.

What is the sauna experience like?

The sauna uses gentle heat to warm your body from the inside out, helping you:

Release tension in muscles

Improve circulation

Support detox through sweat

It’s designed to feel calming, not overwhelming.


Is the sauna safe?

Yes. You’ll be guided on how long to stay in and can step out anytime.
We recommend staying hydrated and listening to your body.
